Xalli Gonzales

Xalli Veniece Gonzales is a Texas attorney with over a decade of courtroom experience, now focusing her practice on family law matters. Licensed to practice law in Texas since 2011, Ms. Gonzales has represented clients in both criminal and family law cases throughout her legal career. While in private practice, she focused on family law matters and criminal defense, representing clients in divorce, child custody and visitation disputes, child support issues, modifications, and cases involving protective orders and allegations of family violence. Ms. Gonzales most recently served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Bee County District Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted complex criminal cases involving detailed investigations, evidentiary hearings, and contested court proceedings. Her prosecutorial background provides valuable insight in family law cases—particularly those involving protective orders, enforcement issues, and matters intersecting with the criminal justice system. She brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to litigation and a strong command of courtroom procedure. Earlier in her career, Ms. Gonzales operated her own law practice, where she developed a practical, client-focused approach to legal representation. Her experience on both the prosecution and defense sides of the courtroom allows her to assess cases strategically and advocate effectively for her clients’ interests. Ms. Gonzales earned her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law and is licensed to practice in the State of Texas. Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Gonzales enjoys traveling internationally and values experiencing different cultures. She is also an avid animal lover and shares her home with four dogs, two cats, and a parrot.
