Yang (Jasmine) Bao

A graduate of SMU Dedman School of Law, where she earned both her LL.M. and J.D., Jasmine also holds an LL.M. from China University of Political Science and Law. Her diverse educational journey reflects her commitment to mastering both U.S. and international law. Jasmine has a diverse background in litigation, cross-border transactions, and corporate legal matters. She developed her expertise through internships at top law firms and roles in corporate legal departments. Most recently, she has conducted depositions, represented clients in mediations, and successfully negotiated settlements as a litigation attorney. Fluent in Mandarin and English, Jasmine is especially skilled in navigating complex legal landscapes for business clients. Beyond the courtroom, Jasmine enjoys reading non-fiction, spending time with her family, and doting on her cat Ollie.
