Zachary Smitherman

Zachary Smitherman is a Bryan injury attorney dedicated to preserving the rights of injured Texans. Zachary began his career with The Carlson Law Firm as a law clerk but is now a full-time attorney. Since being licensed, Zachary is representing clients who have been injured in car crashes, slips and falls, and other personal injuries. Experience on your side Originally from Garland, Texas, Zachary was driven to attend law school because he knew early on that he wanted to set a good example for not only his peers but others in his community. His affinity for solving problems through creative thinking coupled with his leadership skills are what set him apart from other lawyers. Zachary is a recent Baylor Law School graduate and represents injured clients in both district and state courts. He is a member of the Brazos County Bar Association. Seeing clients through recovery is one of the highlights of practicing law for Zachary. When he's not representing clients, Zachary enjoys brewing craft beers, disc golf, basketball and biking.
