Andrew Spainhower

Andrew went to law school with one purpose-- to become Southern Utah's solution for help after car accidents and injuries. Today he is the managing partner of the largest personal injury law firm in Southern Utah. Andrew started working for McMullin Injury Law in 2013 while still in school. At that time McMullin Injury Law was a new personal injury law firm in St. George with two employees. Andrew graduated law school and got to work. He became a partner at the firm in 2018. Today, Andrew manages the marketing, intake, and production for the firm. McMullin Injury Law now boasts seven attorneys and over twenty employees. Over his 10 years of experience, Andrew has personally worked on thousands of personal injury cases and obtained millions of dollars for his clients. He has a breadth of experience in every aspect of personal injury law from simple insurance claims to complex jury trials. Andrew is extremely passionate about being able to truly help people who need it the most by making insurance companies do what's right. Andrew graduated from The Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. A.S.U. is the 5th ranked law school in the western United States. While in law school, Andrew was a Dean’s Recruitment Award recipient, a Charles E. Jones Scholar recipient, and he earned the Pedrick Scholar Award for excellence in academic achievement. He also won the “CALI Excellence for the Future Award” for achieving the highest grade in a practical application clinic entitled, “The Litigation Experience.” This was the crowning achievement of Andrew’s legal education as litigation and courtroom techniques had been his focus throughout his law school experience. Andrew also served as the judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Bruce R. Cohen of the Maricopa County Superior Court. Andrew's legal practice focuses primarily on personal injury, workers compensation, and civil litigation. Prior to moving to Arizona for law school, Andrew graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Communication from Dixie State University. While at Dixie State, he earned The Dean’s Scholarship, and he worked as the play-by-play broadcaster for Dixie State College basketball and football. Andrew’s background is in sales and marketing. He worked full-time jobs while earning both his undergraduate degree and his Juris Doctorate degree. He gets great satisfaction out of putting his skills into practice by helping clients recover what is fair after an injury. Big insurance companies have teams of attorneys at their disposal. Their job is to offer injured parties as little of a recovery as they can get away with. Andrew very much enjoys leveling the playing field. Using the law to protect the rights of those who need help is Andrew’s passion. He very much enjoys his work at McMullin Injury Law and he works hard to get his clients every penny they deserve. Andrew is married and has two sons. His primary passion in life is spending time with his family. His hometown is right here in St. George, Utah. He graduated from Dixie High School before serving an LDS mission to Tampa, Florida. In his free time, Andrew enjoys playing golf, and pickleball, attending jazz games, and playing fantasy football with his friends. Andrew Spainhower is a licensed attorney in both Arizona and Utah. He is affiliated with the Utah State Bar Association, the Utah State Bar Association Litigation Division, and The Central Utah Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in all Utah State Courts, all Arizona state Courts, and the Federal District Courts for the District of Utah.
