Bruce C. Jenkins

Bruce has represented community associations since 1991 and is one of Jenkins Bagley Sperry's founding members. His legal practice focuses on homeowner association law, real estate, construction defect, and business and civil litigation. In addition to being a member of State and local Bar organizations, Bruce is a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI), the Southern Utah Subchapter of CAI, legislative chair of the Utah CAI Legislative Action Committee (LAC) and the 2017 & 2018 first vice-chair of the Utah Community Association Bar Section. As the legislative chair for LAC, Bruce has been a principal drafter of laws affecting common interest communities. In 2012, Bruce was inducted as a fellow into the College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL). Bruce has been an expert witness and a presenter on community association matters at national and local conventions. For two years Bruce was also in-house counsel for a St. George developer. He regularly trains property managers and association board members and has published several articles on homeowner association matters. For several years, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2015-2017, 2019 Bruce has been included in Utah's Top Lawyers by Utah Business Magazine and in 2017 was recognized as one of the Top Attorneys of North America. In his spare time, Bruce enjoys the outdoors and his family.
