I have been a consumer lawyer since 1992, with an emphasis on consumer and small business bankruptcy and defending consumers against illegal debt collection activity. I live in Utah and manage Blue Bee Bankruptcy Law in Salt Lake City, and I also manage Parker & DuFresne, P.A. in Jacksonville, Florida. Over the 26 years of running consumer law firms, I came to understand that these are not law firms at all. They are consumer satisfaction companies that provide excellent legal representation to consumers and small businesses. Client satisfaction is our #1 goal. More and more, it seems like this country cares less and less about the working middle class. We just want to live happy, peaceful lives and raise our children to appreciate hard work and humility.
