Susan J. Mehregan

Susan J. Mehregan has been practicing law for over 35 years and holds law licenses in Utah, Michigan, and Minnesota. For 27 years, she has had extensive experience analyzing and drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and guardianship and conservatorship documentation. Earlier in her career, for 9 years she practiced as a personal injury civil litigator, engaged in both plaintiffs' and defense work. For 23 years, she held the position of in-house counsel at a bank in Michigan, where she gained additional experience in retirement plan administration, trust administration, contract drafting, contract review, contract analysis, contract negotiation and contract administration, collection litigation in both state and federal courts, and handling real property law issues related to estates, trusts, and commercial and consumer loans. She is proud and excited to join the Law Office of Penniann J. Schumann, PLLC, since June 2019.
