Christopher M. Albiston

Attorney Chris Albiston joined Albiston Brannon & Gilbert as an associate in 2019. Since joining, he has been able to achieve successful verdicts for many of his clients, exceeding offers made by insurance companies. Chris believes in getting to know his client’s story, so that he can passionately advocate their case against the defendants, corporations, and insurance companies. A native of Virginia Beach, Chris earned his Bachelor’s degree from William and Mary, where he played on the school’s soccer team. He attended University of Richmond School of Law, graduating Cum Laude. While at Richmond, he was inducted into Phi Delta Phi, an International Legal Honor Society. Along with the practice of law, Chris has continued with the practice of soccer as well, as he is currently a member of the U.S. National Beach Soccer Team. He lives in Virginia Beach with his wife, Morgan, and two dogs, Lola and Maya.
