David James Bomgardner

Dave’s practice focuses on land and commercial real estate transactions throughout Virginia, including the preparation and negotiation of contracts, leases, financing documents and development agreements on all phases of the land use and development process in Northern Virginia, and also on general corporate and business matters. He represents clients in the acquisition, disposition and financing of large-scale property assemblages, including the formation of complex joint ventures for acquisition and development entities. His land-use practice includes zoning due diligence, zoning interpretations, zoning compliance and subdivision and site plan matters. His corporate and business practice includes the formation and governance of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies and the purchase and sale of ongoing businesses.
