G. Russell "Rusty" Boleman III

Rusty is a graduate of Wake Forest University and University of Richmond School of Law. He is AV rated (highest professional and ethical rating possible) in Martindale-Hubbell and listed in Virginia Business magazine as one of Virginia's best bankruptcy lawyers. Rusty recently authored the Electronic Case Filing chapter of the first edition of Bankruptcy Practice in Virginia His professional memberships and activities include Richmond Bar Association; Virginia State Bar; National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees; American Bankruptcy Institute, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys; American Bar Association and Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar.
