Harout (Rudy) Doukmajian

Rudy Doukmajian, an associate in the firm's real estate practice, never loses sight of the client's end goal - getting the deal done. He understands the importance of the attention to detail required for each deal and brings a keen eye for legal issues which may arise. His practice focuses on real estate sales and acquisitions, leasing, financing, and development and reflects a deep appreciation for clients of all sizes. He has represented large entities in complex transactions, as well as local landlords and developers in matters critical to their business goals. Rudy approaches each engagement with the same level of diligence and professionalism, ensuring that every client receives thoughtful and effective representation. He's committed to public service and takes pride in regularly handling pro bono matters as part of his broader dedication to giving back to the community. Prior to joining Odin Feldman Pittleman, Rudy worked as a banker with TD Bank, assisting clients with personal, residential, and commercial lending options. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where he was an executive member of the Latino Law Students Association; a member of the Black Law Students Association and the Business Law Society; and was an associate editor for the Journal of Business and Technology. He has also completed significant graduate-level course work at the University of Maryland in the School of Public Policy concentrating on International Economic Policy. Rudy clerked for the Honorable Ronald B. Rubin in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland, and for the Honorable Charles B. Day in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. When not working, Rudy, who is fluent in Armenian and Spanish, enjoys playing soccer, practicing martial arts, and spending time with his family.
