Kevin A. White

Kevin is an associate in the firm's Corporate and Public Finance Group. His business law practice involves serving as bond counsel or underwriter's counsel on tax-exempt and taxable bond financings for government, healthcare, educational and private sector borrowers; serving as lender's or borrower's counsel on loan, credit facility and liquidity facility transactions; serving as company counsel on mergers, acquisitions, financings and other commercial transactions; and providing general advice on organizational, contractual and regulatory matters.
