David A. Williams

For the past fifteen years, Mr. Williams has been "AV" rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the most recognized attorney peer-review organization in the country. The "AV" rating means that Mr. Williams' peers-the attorneys he handles cases with and against--- rank him at the "highest level of professional excellence." Mr. Williams has tried jury trials to verdict in a wide variety of cases, including auto accidents, medical malpractice, slip-and-fall, legal malpractice, first-party insurance bad faith, wrongful termination, and construction. He has tried jury trials to verdict in King County, Pierce County, Snohomish County, Yakima County, Benton County and Spokane County, and has handled cases through settlement in virtually every county in the state. In addition, he has handled through resolution, cases in Oregon, Idaho, California, Utah, South Carolina and Wyoming. He "sees his cases through", and has appeared in all three divisions of Washington's Court of Appeals, as well as twice appearing in the State Supreme Court.
