About Jane E. Dale
Jane is a litigation attorney and represents our Workers’ Compensation clients who are appealing decisions made by the Department of Labor and Industries. She also works with clients who are fighting to receive further medical treatment, vocational services, wage loss reimbursement, disability awards and pensions. Jane was born in Arizona but was raised in Kent/Renton, Washington. She obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of Washington in Seattle where she majored in Business with an emphasis in Finance and minored in political science. She then went on to law school at Seattle University where she graduated cum laude in 2007. Prior to joining Lehmbecker Law, Jane worked in the areas of criminal defense, family law and personal injury. Jane was labeled a Rising Star with Super Lawyer’s magazine in 2010. She has handled more than 15 trials to verdict and argued countless motions before various courts. Jane is admitted to both the Washington State Bar as well as the Western District of Washington in federal court. Jane is comfortable both in and out of the courtroom.
