Josh has been practicing law since 2008. A former felony prosecutor, he cut his legal teeth in the courtroom before joining Berner Law Group, where he practices exclusively family law. His background as a prosecutor informs a disciplined, trial-ready approach that positions his clients for strength from the outset of every case. He is also a veteran, having interrupted his education to serve in the United States Army as an infantry sergeant with the 101st Airborne Division following the events of September 11, 2001.
