Rhiannon E. Lockwood

Rhiannon advises retirement and health plans on compliance with ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code and other federal laws, as well as strategies for plan design and modification. She advises on plan administration issues such as participant fee disclosure notices, HIPAA privacy/security policies, and QDRO procedures. She negotiates subrogation liens for health plan claims and supervises collections actions for delinquent contributions. Rhiannon also has significant experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, including pharmacy benefit management, third-party administration and investment agreements.
