Tim Rusk

Tim was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington, where he graduated from Stadium High School. Tim later attended Washington State University where he played rugby and graduated from the Carson College of Business. Tim earned his law degree at Seattle University in 2015. For three years after law school, Tim represented indigent defendants at the nationally recognized King County Department of Public Defense where he was regularly recognized for excellent trial advocacy. When Tim is not vigorously representing clients in criminal cases or prosecuting personal injury cases, he continues to serve the community as a Criminal Justice Act Panel Attorney for the Federal Public Defender. Outside of the courtroom, Tim loves spending time with his family, riding his motorcycles, skiing, and playing with his dog, Hank.
