Todd M. Kiesz

Todd M. Kiesz is a Partner of Jeffers, Danielson, Sonn & Aylward. A native of Eugene, Oregon, he joined JDSA Law in 1996. Todd's primary areas of practice focus on Agri-business, Business Law, and Health Care, which areas often incorporate Real Estate, Succession Planning and general Estate Planning. Todd grew up around the law. His father was an accomplished attorney and role model; allowing Todd to understand at an early age what it meant to be successful practicing law. After high school, Todd attended the University of Washington for undergraduate study and Law School. Todd's wife grew up in Wenatchee, and with the strong support of family and the outstanding recreational opportunities, it was the perfect place to call home and raise their family, now totaling four children. Together, they all enjoy snow skiing, water skiing, mountain biking and summers at the cabin on Lake Wenatchee. Careful consideration of the issues and problems, and genuine concern for the client and the outcome, drive his approach with every client. Todd is committed to his JDSA Law practice, his family, and his community. He provides volunteer legal services to the Chelan Douglas Land Trust and is a past board member of the Wenatchee Valley College Foundation.
