Arnold J. Janicker

A native of New York, Arnold Janicker moved in 2002 to the Huntington, West Virginia area to practice law. Arnold graduated Cum Laude from St. John's University School of Law in 2002, and was the Executive Notes and Comments Editor for the St. John's University Law Review. During his practice, Arnold has represented numerous business, and banks in both litigation and bankruptcy proceedings dealing with diverse subjects, including: foreclosure proceedings; repossession of secured collateral; commercial collections; collection of foreign and West Virginia judgments; real property disputes including breach of commercial leases; actions to lift the automatic stay in bankruptcy; actions to object to and confirmation plans; and objections to discharge.
