Brian D. Morrison

Brian D. Morrison is a Member at Bailey & Wyant, PLLC's Charleston office. He is admitted to practice in the State of West Virginia, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He is a member of the West Virginia Bar Association, the Kanawha County Bar Association, the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia, and the Defense Research Institute. After obtaining his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Marshall University, Brian attended the West Virginia University College of Law, from where he graduated in 1997. While at law school, Brian participated in the Clinical Law program, gaining invaluable experience representing clients across the state. Brian concentrates his practice on civil litigation, including personal injury litigation, premises liability, contractual disputes, insurance coverage disputes and insurance bad faith litigation. His practice encompasses 55 counties, and in some cases, neighboring states. He has had numerous trials throughout the state and has argued key cases before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, scuba diving, hiking, mountain biking and spending time with his family.
