Prior to joining our team, Kelly specialized in the areas of products liability and mass and toxic torts; however, her experience with personal injury claims of many types is diverse. Kelly provides legal services to clients throughout West Virginia and Ohio. She is a native of Parkersburg and has strong ties and active commitments to the community.
