Ryan J. Umina Esq.

Mr. Umina was raised in North Central, West Virginia, and is a veteran of the United States Navy. After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Illinois, he pursued his legal education. While in law school at West Virginia University, Mr. Umina focused heavily on developing his skills as a trial attorney. During which time, he was selected for four national trial competition teams, won the prestigious Lugar Cup, and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers upon graduation. ​Mr. Umina has successfully litigated numerous cases covering a wide breadth of issues and has assisted in the recovery of millions of dollars in personal injury and wrongful death proceeds. ​In addition to his legal career, Mr. Umina has ownership interests in multiple small businesses in North Central, West Virginia. Because of this experience, he brings a unique, practical skill set to issues involving business litigation. ​Currently, he resides in the South Park area of Morgantown with his son, Kees.
