Steven M, Bragg

Steve Bragg is a veteran of the West Virginia National Guard and a former small business owner in Jacksonville, Florida. Steve graduated from Marshall University and the Regent University School of Law. He has briefed and argued various issues before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and has considerable courtroom experience in the areas of Criminal Law, Family Law, Administrative Law, Personal Injury, Property Damage, Product Liability, Toxic Tort, Premises Liability, and Motor Vehicle Accidents. In 2010, Steve was featured in Court TV’s coverage of a first-degree murder trial that took place in Wayne County, West Virginia. Steve has been admitted to practice in West Virginia (2005) and the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. He is an active member of the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia.
