Ashley M. Rossman

Ashley received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Marquette University in 2021. During law school, Ashley served various Milwaukee organizations through the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic, including the Milwaukee Justice Center, the United Community Center, the House of Peace, and the Domestic Violence Clinic. In recognition of her services, Ashley was inducted into Marquette's Pro Bono Society. While attending law school, Ashley also served as an associate editor on the Marquette Law Review and an associate justice on Marquette's Moot Court Board. She honed her advocacy skills by participating in the Jenkins Honors Moot Court Competition and the William B. Spong Moot Court Tournament. In the Jenkins competition, she and her team reached the semifinal round and were awarded second-place overall brief. In her first year out of law school, Ashley worked at an insurance defense firm in Milwaukee. There, she learned a great deal about the procedure of a personal injury case from the perspective of an insurance company. She now focuses her practice on plaintiff-side personal injury. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Wisconsin and the federal Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin. Ashley lives in Greenfield, Wisconsin, and enjoys listening to live music, reading, and exploring local parks. Awards and Honors Super Lawyers® Selectees Ashley M.
