Claire Longdin

Attorney Longdin is passionate about her work. She handles criminal, family, and immigration cases, and has taken a special interest in removal defense. She has had many successful cases before the Chicago Immigration Court, including wins in cancellation of removal, asylum, and withholding claims. Attorney Longdin enjoys helping her clients alleviate the stress that comes with navigating the legal system. She is well versed in the collateral consequences that a criminal or family case can have on an immigration status. She looks for the best potential options and defenses before the court. She enjoys helping families stay together and can assist with adjustment of status, consular processing, citizenship, residency renewal, UVISA, VAWA, and fiancé petitions. Attorney Longdin attended Marquette University for both her undergraduate and graduate programs. She studied Spanish in Vera Cruz Mexico and graduated with her Juris Doctor in 2016. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and spoke at the 2022 New York AILA National Conference about Formulating Viable Particular Social Groups in Asylum Claims. She has a heart for justice and works to zealously defend her clients and obtain the best results. Attorney Longdin also enjoys mission work with her church and visiting other countries and cultures.
