Darla A. Krzoska

Attorney Darla A. Krzoska has been involved in the representation of clients in all manner of business, banking, trust and estate matters. Darla represents owners of businesses, advising on all aspects of business law for starts-ups and on-going business. She has also provided clients advice on banking regulation issues, including the purchase and sale of banks, and the opening of branch banks. Darla has significant experience in drafting real estate documents, including offers to purchase, deeds, easements, restrictions and condominium declarations, among others. Finally, Darla is an accomplished estate planner for individuals, spouses, and business owners.
