David C. Zoeller

David Zoeller is a Shareholder at Hawks Quindel, S.C. David represents individuals in wage and hour claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and represents individuals in Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) appeals. David joined Hawks Quindel’s Madison, Wisconsin office in 2009 after practicing as an employment and class action litigation attorney in Minneapolis, Minnesota. David has represented thousands of employees in multiple nationwide class and collective actions. David frequently represents individuals in social security disability appeals and is an effective and compassionate social security disability attorney familiar with the appeals process. Mr. Zoeller graduated with honors from Colgate University in 2002 and from the University of Wisconsin Law School with honors in 2007. During law school, Mr. Zoeller was the recipient of the Wisconsin Association of Workers Compensation Attorneys' Scholarship, the Wisconsin Lawyers Mutual Scholarship, and was a member and competitor for the University of Wisconsin Moot Court Board. Mr. Zoeller is dedicated to seeking fair treatment for workers through the enforcement of labor and employment laws and is a zealous advocate for his clients. Mr. Zoeller is admitted to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Mr. Zoeller has spoken on wage and hour issues at the University of Wisconsin Law School, Marquette University Law School, and on behalf of the Wisconsin State Bar.
