David J. Behm

Attorney Behm is an associate attorney with Schmidlkofer, Toth, Loeb, & Drosen, LLC. He grew up in the Milwaukee area and joined the firm after years honing his skills in the courtroom. Attorney Behm earned his undergraduate degree in Business Finance from the University of Minnesota before graduating with a J.D. from Marquette University Law School. In law school Attorney Behm was a Member of Moot Court and earned a Litigation Certificate along with his J.D. Attorney Behm has years of litigation experience, having extensively presented cases and argued before judges and court commissioners in Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties. Attorney Behm practices all areas of Family Law to include: Divorce, Paternity, Custody and Placement, Child Support, Post Judgment Family Law Matters, and Restraining Orders. Attorney Behm understands that Family Law matters are deeply personal, and he is a zealous advocate and strives to help clients achieve the best possible outcome.
