Dustan Davidson

Dustan is a skilled and strategic criminal defense attorney known for his precision, courtroom presence, and passionate advocacy. A cum laude graduate of Marquette University Law School, he began his career in civil litigation at a firm specializing in medical malpractice, where he built a strong foundation in case management and legal analysis. His interest in criminal law deepened during law school through a Trial Advocacy course with the Honorable Laura Crivello, followed by an internship in her courtroom. He also served as a research assistant to Professor Gregory O’Meara, S.J., contributing to scholarship on political white-collar crime and democratic institutions. Dustan launched his legal practice as a prosecutor in the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office, where he gained invaluable experience handling a broad range of criminal matters. This dual perspective—having worked both as a prosecutor and a defense attorney—gives him a powerful advantage in building effective defense strategies. He has developed particular expertise in Fourth Amendment law, including unlawful searches, arrests, and suppression motions.
