Howard J. Eglash

Attorney Howard J. Eglash is a trial attorney with over 25 years of litigation experience in family law matters and personal injury cases. He maintains regular office hours at both our La Crosse and our Sparta offices. Howard has handled complex family law matters, including custody disputes on behalf of both fathers and mothers, child support matters, paternity cases, post divorce cases and interstate custody disputes. Based on his experience as a peer recognized family law practitioner, Howard is often asked to mediate complex divorce matters. Howard has successfully represented numerous people who have suffered personal injuries (ie, car accidents, dog bites, wrongful death, workers' compensation and social security cases). No matter how big or small the case, each client is important to Howard. Howard is the past President of the La Crosse County Bar Association.
