Jared M. Potter

Jared M. Potter is a Senior Associate with Stafford Rosenbaum LLP. His practice focuses on probate law, estate planning, family law and business law. Jared began his career at a small general practice firm where he represented clientele in a wide range of areas. His current practice includes: Divorce actions Paternity and paternity acknowledgement actions Child custody, placement and support actions Juvenile and adult guardianships Estate planning including drafting of last wills, powers of attorney, living wills, trusts Representing and accepting appointments as a Personal Representative for estates Probate litigation Helping clients organize their corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships Negotiating and drafting agreements for the sale and acquisition of businesses Advising on the tax implications of proposed transactions Real estate transactions Commercial landlord and tenant disputes and lease review Negotiating and drafting real estate leases Insurance defense Federal, state and municipal criminal actions (forfeiture, misdemeanor and felony) While in law school, Jared was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board where he engaged in constitutional and criminal law competitions.
