Attorney John Carroll obtained his undergraduate degree and his Juris Doctor from Marquette University in Milwaukee where he was awarded two American Jurisprudence Awards. Attorney Carroll has argued before the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Wisconsin Supreme Court. He is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court.
