John M. Kelly

John M. Kelly, a firm partner, was admitted to the Wisconsin bar in 1974, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia in 1975, and has been admitted to the U.S. Tax Court and U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and the Harvard School of Business Administration. He was a member of the Office of Chief Counsel, Internal Revenue Service in Washington, D.C. from 1974-1976. He is a member of the Winnebago County Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin, the District of Columbia Bar, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers. His reported cases include: Krueger v. Wisconsin Department of Revenue, 124 Wis. 2d. 453; 369 N.W. 2d. 691 (1985); Sharp Furniture, Inc. v. Buckstaff, 99 Wis. 2d. 114; 299 N.W. 2d. 219 (1980).
