Criminal Defense Attorney Milwaukee Turns to achieve the best results for Dropped or Reduced Charges Attorney Morgan L. Risseeuw graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a degree in criminal justice. She then earned her Juris Doctor at Marquette University Law School. While attending law school, Attorney Risseeuw received CALI awards for achieving the highest grades in her Legal Research and Writing class, as well as in Constitutional Criminal Procedure. She also coordinated the domestic violence injunction pro bono project at Marquette Law School to provide legal representation to low-income victims of domestic violence. Morgan has experience working in the State Public Defenders' office in Sheboygan and Manitowoc Counties, the District I Court of Appeals in Milwaukee, and as a law clerk in a private criminal defense firm in Racine.
