Sam David Knight

A 1997 graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, Sam David Knight specializes in business litigation, representing and advising individuals and companies of all sizes. Mr. Knight represents clients in complex business litigation and other business-related disputes, including shareholder/partner disputes, business issues related to health care providers, construction-related business disputes, debtor/creditor disputes, and issues related to the dissolution of all kinds of businesses, including medical practices and law firms. He is involved with the Alabama State Bar as Vice Chairman of the Judicial Liaison Committee and with the Leadership Forum as both a participant and a committee chairman. Mr. Knight is licensed to practice in Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida.
