Alex Zeesman

Alex Zeesman is a founding partner of Accident Fighters, APC. Mr. Zeesman handles all aspects of personal injury matters from initial intake through a final settlement or verdict. Mr. Zeesman focuses on each client's goals, and although he is experienced in pre-litigation negotiations and settlement, as a "Top 40 Under 40" Trial Attorney award winner in 2018, he is not shy from taking the case as far as it needs to go to reach a favorable result. While litigation and the thought of trial is an avenue of concern for many, through Mr. Zeesman's experience and preparation, the office of Accident Fighters, APC is able to protect clients, their loved ones and their rights and interests to the fullest extent permitted by law. Alex was awarded certificates for both Trial Advocacy and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in 2011 and often handles matters trending in the direction of trial. Both Mr. and Mrs. Zeesman are alumni of the CAALA (Consumer Attorney Association of Los Angeles) Plaintiff's Trial Academy and have been published in the California Lawyer's Association's publication - The Practitioner. Mr. Zeesman is admitted to practice law in the State of California, the State of Pennsylvania, and the state of Colorado. Mr. Zeesman works with his wife Diana Zeesman and is a second-generation attorney in Southern California, following his father and aunt, and their combined nearly 70 years of legal experience practicing in the Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley region. As an experienced mediator, creative negotiator and aggressive litigator, Mr. Zeesman brings the whole package to his clients. Mr. Zeesman also serves as "of counsel" and has relationships with numerous specialists around the country, from medical needs to legal niches, in order to maximize the effectiveness of representation and care.
