Amy Lea has been practicing real estate and business litigation in California since 2000. Ms. Lea represents property owners, business owners, title insurance companies, property managers, real estate agents, and brokers in both commercial and residential matters involving issues such as contract disputes, loans, title disputes, title insurance, easements, commercial leases, commissions, ADA violations, and commercial unlawful detainers. Ms. Lea is experienced in all aspects of litigation from the pleading stage through trial and the appellate process. Ms. Lea also has substantial experience in transactional work including negotiating and drafting business contracts, commercial leases, purchase agreements, and partnership agreements.
