About Brian L. Coggins
Brian L. Coggins is the founder of Coggins Law in Roseville, California. He focuses his practice on business law and estate planning; in addition Mr. Coggins has experience in construction law, tax and real estate law. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Coggins worked as an accountant and tax preparer with such companies as Harley Davidson. He grew up in Sacramento, attending Jesuit High School (1993) and California State University, Sacramento.
