
About Donna Bader
Donna Bader is a Certified Specialist in Appellate Law. Since 1980, she has written over 300 appellate briefs and practices exclusively in the area of civil appeals and writs with an emphasis on medical and legal malpractice, and personal injury law. Ms. Bader is the author of Motions to Terminate Civil Cases, which is published by Thomson - West. She is also the Editor-in-Chief of Plaintiff magazine, which is distributed to over 5,000 Northern California attorneys. She is a former editor of Consumer Attorneys' of California, The Forum, and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles' publication, The Advocate. She is a contributing writer to many legal publications and is a frequent speaker for bar associations and trial lawyer groups.
