Elissa Best

Elissa Best is the founder and principal attorney of Best Law, a firm that represents plaintiffs in various civil matters ranging from automobile accidents, premises liability (slip/trip and falls), pedestrian accidents, and wrongful death. Elissa has acquired substantial experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in high-value and complex civil litigation matters. Elissa received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. Upon graduation, she was accepted into the prestigious American Board Of Trial Advocacy (ABOTA) program, where she spent time interning with a plaintiffs firm, a defense firm, and a well-known Los Angeles Superior Court judge. Early in Elissa’s career, she worked as an attorney with a prominent defense firm where she represented professional athletes, public figures, as well as small and large corporations. She also worked intimately with various insurance companies. This provided Elissa with in-depth knowledge and unique insight into the inner workings of insurance companies, including all the arguments and tricks they use to minimize a victim’s recovery. Elissa has since taken her talents, including her skillful legal writing and oral advocacy abilities, over to the plaintiffs side and now represents victims who have been injured as a result of another person’s negligence or wrongdoing. Since doing so, Elissa has successfully recovered millions for her clients. With a passion for people, Elissa enjoys and commits herself to connecting with her clients on a deeper level and genuinely learning about who they are in order to tell their stories in the most meaningful way.
