Mr. Ybarra graduated from Pennsylvania State University before attending Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law. Before joining Klein and Wilson, Mr. Ybarra clerked for the Orange County District Attorney’s office, a labor and employment firm, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in Washington, D.C.
