Ernest P. Algorri

Ernest (“Ernie”) was born in 1960 in Los Angeles, California and received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from UCLA in 1983 and his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in 1986. He has been admitted to both State and Federal courts since 1987. Ernie began with the firm as a law clerk in 1984. He has represented strictly plaintiffs in civil personal injury cases throughout his entire career and has successfully represented and tried to verdict a vast array of cases for clients involving personal injury, defective products, dangerous conditions of both public and private property as well as matters involving environmental law, construction accidents, automobile collisions and insurance bad faith. Ernie also counts among his specialties cases involving wrongful death. Ernie has obtained substantial recoveries against product manufacturers for dangerous machines and also against government agencies, such as various cities and Caltrans, for dangerous road conditions.
