Gary S Yates

Gary S. Yates graduated Magna Cum Laude from UCLA. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He graduated Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. Mr. Yates joined Herzfeld & Rubin in 1979. His field of practice involves the defense of product liability and consumer protection lawsuits on behalf of national and international corporations. Mr. Yates has successfully co-tried numerous cases with his partner Craig L. Winterman. Mr. Yates has taught private courses to corporations on consumer protection, lemon law avoidance and prevention. Mr. Yates has been a guest speaker at the Lemon Law Defense Counsel Alliance annual seminar. Mr. Yates is a co-founder of the Mitchell E. Gordon Memorial Fund an organization that raises money for the Special Olympics.
