Jeff Yostanto

Jeff is admitted in the states of California and Wisconsin. His focuses include the areas of business and commercial law, professional malpractice, health care, employment, insurance, officer and director liability, financial fraud, real estate, bankruptcy, unfair competition and trade secret, and personal injury. Since graduating from Marquette, he moved back to California where he worked at a top-rated OC employment litigation firm. Subsequently, he worked at a large reputable insurance defense firm where he handled complex law and motion and trial preparation for his individual and business clients. Jeff had also volunteered at the Legal Aid Society of Orange County helping numerous indigent clients obtain legal help in various areas of law including landlord/tenant cases, bankruptcy cases, and tax cases.
