Jeremy Berman

Jeremy is a litigation attorney at West Coast Trial Lawyers licensed in the state of California. He graduated from University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree from the prestigious USC film school. Around this time, Jeremy lost his mother as a direct result of an insurance scheme that used medical malpractice to refuse treating patients. Through this experience, Jeremy learned about fighting against this abusive and broken system firsthand as a wrongful death Plaintiff in his own lawsuit. This experience ignited a spark in Jeremy to pursue litigation on behalf of others victimized by this broken system and improper insurance practices. Post-college, Jeremy worked in a personal injury law firm while earning his Juris Doctorate in law from Whittier Law School. After taking some time to build a successful family business with his wife, he switched full time to practicing law in 2021. Jeremy joined the West Coast Trial Lawyers litigation team in 2025 and is proud to represent clients using his personal and legal experiences on their behalf.
