Joshua F. Richtel

Joshua’s practice areas include labor and employment law, education law, and personal injury. A large part of Joshua’s practice focuses on representing public school teachers as a part of the California Teachers Association Group Legal Services Program. In addition to representing public school teachers on a daily basis in connection with their employment related issues, Joshua’s practice additionally focuses on representing plaintiffs in wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination suits and discrimination claims. He has litigated against some of the largest companies in the nation from Stericycle and Shred-It to Comerica Bank and Dollar Tree. Joshua attended the University of Oregon as an undergraduate and Willamette University Law School. Joshua is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association “CELA” and the Fresno County Bar Association. Joshua routinely practices in State and Federal Court representing predominantly employees. In his spare time, Joshua enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, traveling, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
