Larry F. Peake

Larry Peake was admitted to the Bar in 1978. He was an honor student at University of California at Santa Barbara and an honor student at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law before being admitted to practice in the State of California as well as Federal Court. His practice focuses on insurance defense and representation of self-insured entities, including municipalities and other public entities, as well as businesses and construction companies. He has successfully tried numerous catastrophic loss claims involving exposure in excess of multiple millions of dollars. His retention by insurers and self-insured entities extends throughout the Central Valley and Central Coastal Areas of California. He has been selected as a “Southern California Super Lawyer” in a region-wide peer survey, an honor bestowed on only 5% of Southern California attorneys. He is a former Associate Professor at California State University, Bakersfield Extended Studies Program, teaching Basic Civil Procedure, Advanced Civil Procedure and Legal Writing for over thirty years.
