Lisa Dearden Trepanier is a partner of Trepanier Tajima LLP. She was previously an associate at Latham & Watkins and Dewey Ballantine representing Fortune 500 companies in environmental litigation, including defending multiple-plaintiff and individual toxic tort actions, and defending and pursuing claims concerning contaminated properties. She successfully defended claims of personal injury and product liability. She oversaw the case management of 10,000+ toxic tort claims against a major oil company; the vast majority of the claims were dismissed or settled for minimal amounts. Ms. Trepanier has also represented individuals in employment discrimination (race & disability), personal injury, wrongful death, and premises liability litigation.
