Mark S. Ashworth

Mr. Ashworth, a seasoned trial attorney with a degree from Brigham Young University and a legal education from Western State College of Law, has been a member of the California State Bar since 1978. He co-founded Smith & Ashworth, later establishing Ashworth, Hayes & Moran, LLP, which became Ashworth & Ashworth, LLP in 2006, incorporating his daughter and son as partners. With 46 years of experience, he has effectively litigated, mediated, and settled hundreds of cases, focusing on consumer disputes, personal injury, medical malpractice and small business actions.
