Ezer attended Northwestern University where he was awarded the degree of Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1956. He received his legal education at Yale University where he was awarded the degree of Juris Doctor in 1959, graduating Order of the Coif. While at Yale Mr. Ezer was a Note and Comment Editor for the Yale Law Journal during the years 1958 – 1959. Mr. Mitchel J. Ezer was admitted to practice before all of the Courts of the State of California, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Tax Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Central District. Mr. Ezer was a member of the National Panel of Arbitrators, the American Arbitration Association, and the American Judicature Society and Scribes. Mr. Ezer has extensive experience in State and Federal Courts as well as the Courts of Appeal at all levels. In addition to his practice Mr. Ezer served as an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Ezer also lectured at the UCLA School of Law, USC School of Law, Loyola Law School, and the California Judges Association.
